Resume had lived a long life, but had unfortunately outlasted his usefulness. Resume is fondly remembered by millions of job seekers who would spend countless hours changing their resumes in order to try to get a new job. Throughout the years, Resume had gone through phases, but in the end, he just couldn't survive.

Our Goal
We want to honor the Resume's memory by helping people find jobs without needing to spend untold hours editing and formatting him only to be told that he was too long, too short, had too many gaps, didn't provide enough information, or just to have been be rejected by an AI for some unknown reason. We also want to stop the bias inherent in resumes that have prevented people from getting their dream job, because of the how their name sounds, how old they are, or what gender they are. Before is a talent matching platform with the mission to end bias in the hiring process.
